About Us

      Brian grew up in Merrimac, MA. He attended Umass Amherst as part of the Isenberg School of Management. He has worked in the trades for 22 years and brings a wealth of construction/business management knowledge to Northern Ridge. Brian founded Northern Ridge in 2009 after managing large painting and flooring franchises. He currently resides in the Seacoast area of NH with his wife and son. Brian is an avid fisherman and enjoys music, the outdoors and classic trucks. 

     Cole grew up in northeast Ohio before moving to Seabrook, NH in 2010. He attended the University of Massachusetts-Lowell, receiving his degree in Business Finance and Management. Before joining the Northern Ridge team, Cole worked as a Data Analyst for Pro Football Focus. Throughout his college years, Cole spent his free time working for a respected painter in the New Hampshire seacoast area. That painting experience combined with his business background help bring value to the team as a Project Manager. He currently resides on the NH Seacoast and enjoys all things sports and outdoors.

   Sean grew up in Hampton, NH and graduated from Winnacunnet High School. He attended the University of New Hampshire in Durham and graduated with a B.A in Political Science. Sean spent his high school, college and post graduation years working as a professional painter for a highly respected Hampton NH painting company. Sean brings over ten years of painting/management experience to the Northern Ridge team and his attention to detail is second to none. 

    Holly grew up in Massachusetts and graduated from Central Catholic High School. She enlisted in the United States Coast Guard upon graduation and spent twenty years as a highly respected Diesel Machinery Technician at stations in Atlantic Beach, NC - Gloucester, MA - Provincetown, MA - Boston, MA - Portsmouth, NH and Kittery, ME achieving the rank of Chief Machinery Technician in 2018. She retired from the Coast Guard in 2022. Holly brings incredible organization and problem solving skills to her role as sales manager, helping our customers navigate from initial contact all the way through project completion. Holly resides in Massachusetts with her husband and spends her free time working on her classic cars, attending car club events and creating beautiful custom stained glass art - see it on instagram at @afterlife_glass. 

     Lee grew up in northern Massachusetts and currently resides in southern NH. He brings over 30 years of high end carpentry experience and general home construction knowledge to the team. Looking for something custom? Lee can dream it, design it and build it. His positive attitude and excellent work ethic make him a valuable part of our team. Lee is also a published author in the field of physics.

     Caroline Grew up in Northern New Jersey and graduated from Wentworth Institute of Technology in Boston with a degree in Interior Design. Caroline is the creative director at our furniture store, Sunrise Vintage & Antiques. She curates our collection and oversees acquisition, refinishing and sales.
